Marc’s professional practice focuses primarily on executive-organizational coaching, working with individual business leaders, managers, and professionals, and with organizational teams. His expertise is in understanding how each individual’s unique personality, including their strengths and sensitivities, influence their behavior and communication effectiveness in the workplace, in business, and in relationships. His coaching style provides a psychologically safe space for leaders and teams to gain greater self-awareness, which leads to their greater ability to avoid interpersonal misunderstandings and to promote greater alignment with others, to foster personal, professional, and organizational/team success.
